Eltham Stingrays Swimming Club offers children and adults the opportunity to continue swimming once they have learnt to swim via a recognised swim school (e.g. GLL Swim School)

Coaching is available on Mondays 6pm-8pm,Tuesdays 6.30pm-8pm & Wednesday evenings 6.30-8.30pm at Thamesmere Leisure Centre, Thamesmead. Friday Nights at Erith Leisure Centre 8pm-9pm (dives and Turns) and Sunday mornings 11am-12pm at the walnuts centre, Orpington Kent. 
Swimmers are coached, according to their age and ability, and are expected to compete in Galas once they reach the appropriate standard.

We welcome new swimmers, including those with disabilities, who have the ability to swim independently, unaided and are able to understand and implement coaching instructions. We now offer a training session especially for adults in our Masters squad every Wednesday evening.

WHY NOT COME TO SEE US  AT THAMESMERE ON MONDAYS,TUESDAYS OR WEDNESDAY AT 6.30PM FOR A FREE TRIAL AND MEET SOME OF OUR SWIMMERS AND PARTICIPATE IN A COACHING SESSION TO SEE IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO JOIN OUR CLUB
